Duties: To manage, supervise and implement policy, duties and functions of the SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
Requirements: Tertiary/Advanced Technical training in the AUTOMOTIVE/MECHANICAL/PARTS areas.
At least five (5) years experience as a SERVICE MANAGER in the technical field.
Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Experience in CUSTOMER SERVICE will be a distinct asset.
Must be COMPUTER LITERATE.
Duties: To manage, supervise and implement policy, duties and functions of the PARTS DEPARTMENT.
At least a Technical Diploma in the AUTOMOTIVE/MECHANICAL/PARTS areas, or Formal Training in INVENTORY CONTROL/PARTS MANAGEMENT.
At least five (5) years experience in a management/senior supervisory position in a Parts Department.
Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Must be COMPUTER LITERATE.
Duties: To manage, supervise and implement policy, duties and functions of the CUSTOMER SERVICE DIVISION.
Requirements: At least a Technical Diploma in the AUTOMOTIVE/MECHANICAL/PARTS areas.
At least five (5) years experience at the supervisory level in CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills, and deportment.
Must be COMPUTER LITERATE.
Duties: To supervise and implement the policies, duties and functions of the WORKSHOP DIVISION.
Requirements: At least a Technical Diploma in the AUTOMOTIVE/MECHANICAL/PARTS areas with five years experience in a supervisory position in a Mechanical Workshop;
or,a Technical Certificate with ten (10) years experience as a supervisor in a Mechanical Workshop.
Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
COMPUTER LITERACY is an important requirement.
Duties: To perform day to day technical/automotive repairs in the MECHANICAL WORKSHOP and BODY SHOP.
Requirements: Formal Technical training in ENGINE, MECHANICAL, AUTO ELECTRICAL, AIR CONDITIONIONG, TRANSMISSION, BODY REPAIR areas,
and at least five (5) years experience as a Technician.
Must be able to read and interpret Repair Manuals.
Must have good verbal and interpersonal skills and must be a team player.
Computer literacy would be a major advantage.
